Bembridge Beach

On your doorstep! The Beach Cafe and Crab and Lobster pub are there for refreshments too.

Steephill Cove – Love Lane, Ventnor PO38 1AF

As the name suggests there is a steep pathway that leads to the cove. A great place to relax and escape from the world, Steephill Cove offers a great mixture of beautiful scenery, clear swimming waters and rock pools to explore. There is a beach café to the rear of Steephill Cove which serves hot and cold refreshments and food, and there are also restaurants serving locally caught seafood during the season. Sandown Beach & Activities – Culver Parade, Sandown, Isle Of Wight, PO36 8AT

Miles of golden sands here so take a bucket and spade. Plenty of cafes, souvenir and beach shops, crazy golf and arcade with slot machines. You can hire deckchairs, sun loungers and windbreaks then treat yourself at one of the best fish and chips shops on the island. Follow that with an ice-cream from the sea front shops with new and exciting flavours each year – black vanilla was great.
