Ground floor – Two double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen & conservatory with dining area, family bathroom with walk-in shower
First floor – One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. The hallway includes a desk area ideal for remote working or quiet reflection.

Bedroom 1 – overlooking the front of the house with a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and ambient bedside lighting.
Bedroom 2 – open the double doors to enjoy the fresh sea air and step into the rear garden. A double bed, bedside tables, tallboy storage and vanity unit give comfort and places to unpack your luggage.
Bedroom 3 – a bright space with kingsize bed, ample wardrobe space and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4 – A light and airy twin room, with ambient LED lighting on the ceiling and a chest of drawers. Suitable for children or adults with two single beds.
What’s included? All beds are made with a duvet, pillows and clean bedding.
Upstairs working space – the ultimate coastal workstation is waiting for you to check emails and stay productive. This sunlit area offers a functional desk setup, with wifi and a calm environment for remote working, creative writing or quiet reflection. Pair your screen time with a morning coffee or step away to the nearby rocking chair for a restful break.

At the heart of the house sits a beautiful kitchen with space to prepare a family meal or warm something from the nearby eateries. The breakfast bar gives an area to relax and chat, or to daydream out of the patio doors looking onto the garden.
Appliances – Tall fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine.
Cookware – Saucepans, oven-proof dishes and utensils.
What’s included? All the essentials: plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery and serving bowls. A small supply of washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials are ready for your arrival.

Conservatory & Dining area – flooded with natural light, the expansive conservatory serves as the jewel of Greenleaves. Transitioning seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen, it features a large, extendable dining table that seats 10 – perfect for long, lazy family breakfasts or celebratory dinners.
Snug – at the opposite end of the conservatory you’ll find a bright and warm haven with comfortable, casual seating to curl up with a good book, play board games or watch the weather change, keeping you connected to the outdoors even on cooler days.
Appliances – Washing machine, tumble drier, clothes dryers and a vacuum cleaner.
Lounge – A comfortable three-seater sofa, two arm chairs and an extra side chair give somewhere to watch the television. Take time to chill and explore the islands many hidden gems in the local magazines.
You can access the conservatory from the lounge, and leave the dividing doors open to enjoy the view into the garden.
