The property is divided over two floors with generous hallways, natural daylight in all rooms and a fresh, open feel.
Ground floor – Two double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen & conservatory with dining area, family bathroom with walk-in shower
First floor – One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. The hallway includes a desk area ideal for remote working or quiet reflection.
Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – overlooking the front of the house with a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and ambient bedside lighting.
Bedroom 2 – open the double doors to enjoy the fresh sea air and step into the rear garden. A double bed, bedside tables, tallboy storage and vanity unit give comfort and places to unpack your luggage.
Bedroom 3 – a bright space with kingsize bed, ample wardrobe space and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4 – A light and airy twin room, with ambient LED lighting on the ceiling and a chest of drawers. Suitable for children or adults with two single beds.
What’s included? All beds are made with a duvet, pillows and clean bedding.
Upstairs working space – a quiet place to work or take a break in the rocking chair.

Kitchen
Whether it’s used to create a culinary masterpiece, or simply to plate a take-away…
A cooking area with all you need to prepare a meal for family or friends, or to enjoy something prepared from the local eateries. The breakfast bar gives an area to relax and chat, or to daydream out of the patio doors looking onto the garden.
Appliances – Tall fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Cookware – Saucepans, oven-proof dishes and utensils.
What’s included? All the essentials: plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery and serving bowls. A small supply of washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials are ready for your arrival.
Conservatory & Lounge
Sunshine or clouds, choose a seat to rewind with garden views and birdsong…
Dining area – a generously sized and bright space with an extendable table that seats up to 8 people with views onto the garden.
Snug – whether it’s for a quiet read, a game of cards or even an afternoon nap, this dedicated area has a comfy chairs to help ease your stresses away.
Appliances – Washing machine, tumble drier, clothes dryers and a vacuum cleaner.
Lounge – A comfortable three-seater sofa, two arm chairs and an extra side chair give somewhere to watch the television. Take time to chill and explore the islands many hidden gems in the local magazines.
You can access the conservatory from the lounge, and leave the dividing doors open to enjoy the view into the garden.
